This position aims to drive commercial and operational activities in residential and business security, integrating you into a dynamic team focused on lead generation, advisory services, and installation. You will assume an executive-oriented role, combining direct customer interaction with alarm system commissioning. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience—from the initial visit through to system activation. Main Responsibilities and Requirements. Responsibilities: * Conduct visits to potential customers to identify needs and present security solutions. * Execute commercial actions and manage contract closure. * Address customer inquiries and needs throughout the commercial and technical process. * Carry out prospecting and follow-up to boost activity in residential and business segments. Requirements: * Experience in prospecting, acquisition, sales, and customer retention. * Prior experience in the security sector is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in office software tools. * Results-oriented mindset, proactivity, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00. * Additional availability Monday–Sunday. * Immediate start.
