Supervision of compliance with quality standards **Description:** ---------------- Talent Services (Castilla Group) is selecting a **PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER** for NOVAYA IBERIA, a leading company in the manufacturing of sleep products, for its plant in La Almunia (Zaragoza). **What will your responsibilities be?** * Management of the assigned work shift, including both smooth operation of the production process and the personnel assigned to it. * Training of multi-skilled collaborators and their continuous evaluation.
