Propose improvement actions for the testing process. **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire an **Electrical Test Technician** to join its manufacturing plant in Ortuella. The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Department and will be responsible for participating in the execution and review of electrical withstand tests and functional tests, with the objective of ensuring compliance with product specifications. **Responsibilities:** * Perform electrical withstand tests and functional tests, following established manuals and protocols. * Verify that testing tools (hardware and software) are appropriate and properly calibrated. * Manage documentation and record test results in the system. * Report detected non-conformities to the relevant stakeholders involved in the process and register the information in the system. * Propose improvement actions. * Any other duties inherent to the position or professional group to which the role belongs, as assigned. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electronics, or equivalent. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar roles. * Ability to interpret electrical/electronic and mechanical schematics. * Knowledge of electronic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies. * SAP knowledge and familiarity with test-related software are desirable. * Training in High-Voltage Electrical Risk is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Dynamic, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills.
