DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leading company in the construction sector, is seeking to hire two Site Supervisors (Building Construction) with experience to join our projects in Zaragoza. Recently, we have been awarded two major residential construction projects in the city, offering an excellent opportunity to expand our team and tackle new challenges. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and supervision of building construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the rest of the technical and production team to guarantee the success of each project. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Planning and Organization:** Developing and detailing the construction plan, establishing schedules, allocating resources, and defining execution phases. * **Personnel Management:** Leading and coordinating on-site work teams, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative working environment. * **Execution Control:** Monitoring progress of works, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * **Subcontractor Management:** Selecting, coordinating, and supervising subcontractor activities, guaranteeing the quality of their work and contract compliance. * **Quality Control:** Implementing and supervising quality control procedures at all stages of the project, from material receipt to final handover. * **Resource Management:** Controlling the efficient use of materials, machinery, and equipment, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. * **Health and Safety:** Ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a risk prevention culture on site. * **Financial Management:** Monitoring and controlling construction costs, managing certifications, variations, and potential budget deviations. * **Client and Supplier Relations:** Maintaining smooth and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * **Problem Solving:** Proactively identifying and resolving unforeseen events and incidents arising during construction execution.
