DESCRIPTION A real estate development, construction and project management company urgently needs to hire a Building Technician or Surveyor for immediate incorporation. The contract is permanent until the end of the project. Full-time commitment is required. Experience in new building structures required. Foundation, steel and concrete structures. Candidates must be able to take charge of Health and Safety Coordination. Desirable: Basic computer skills, Autocad, Cypecad Negotiable salary: approximately €24,000 to €30,000 depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
