A renowned architecture studio is seeking a Graphic Visualizer / Renderer profile at its Architecture and Design office located on Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, Barcelona. It is a young, dynamic, and growing firm specializing in new construction and rehabilitation architectural projects for companies and private clients. Currently, we are working both nationally and internationally, developing luxury villas, large residential developments, and restoration and hospitality projects. Responsibilities: Create high-quality photorealistic renders that accurately and compellingly represent architectural projects. Develop videos that bring architectural ideas to life, incorporating motion, lighting, and environmental elements. Collaborate closely with the design team to understand and visualize the concepts and objectives of each project. Utilize specialized software, including Lumion, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Rhinoceros, and parametric tools, to produce visually striking results. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in architectural visualization technology to continuously improve techniques and outcomes. Manage and organize project files, ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflow. Requirements: Proven experience in creating high-quality renders and videos for architectural projects. Proficiency in visualization software such as Lumion, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Rhinoceros, and parametric tools. Exceptional creativity and keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with designers, architects, and other team members. Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
