**Guardian Glass Services** is the B2C business of Guardian Glass, dedicated to glass projects and window installation under the Venstal brand, operating in Spain and Portugal. We are looking for a **Full-Stack Developer** to join our IT team at our Bilbao offices, who wants to work on digital products with direct impact on our customers and business operations. The position covers four main areas: our internal CRM, integrations with insurance companies, maintenance of our ERP system, and our lead-generation website. **Responsibilities** * **Evolve and maintain our internal CRM** to manage the full sales cycle: leads, quotations, measurements, telephony, and WhatsApp-based customer support. (Tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js 16, React, Vercel, Firestore, Redis, React Query). * **Design, implement, and maintain integrations with insurance companies**, supporting the complete claims lifecycle: notification receipt, appointment and arrival alert management, quotation submission/receipt and modifications, photo handling, closure, and billing. Technologies and formats: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, OAuth2, client certificates, and webhooks. * **Maintain and modernize our ERP** (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 on SQL Server). Ensure business continuity, stability, and quality in a production system. * **Enhance digital lead generation and web experience:** maintenance and evolution of our multilingual corporate website built on Drupal 10 (custom module with configurator and Redsys), landing pages built with Astro, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), and conversion tracking. * **Manage versions and deployments** using Git and GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable control over changes and across development, testing, and production environments. **Requirements** * Software development experience. Proficient use of TypeScript and Node.js. * Full-stack development experience, working both on front-end and back-end. * Practical experience designing, developing, or maintaining third-party API integrations. * Experience implementing changes, diagnosing issues, or maintaining applications already in production. * Ability to work autonomously with a continuous improvement mindset. * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and C/AL. * Experience with PHP and Drupal. * Experience with Power BI and Power Automate. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to software development.
