**Job Description** We are seeking a **Program Manager** to lead, coordinate, and oversee the execution of strategic projects within the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring achievement of program objectives, collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** * Planning, design, and **end-to-end program management**: objectives, schedule, milestones, and resources. * Monitoring progress of related projects and preparing tracking reports. * Coordination with internal teams, external collaborators, suppliers, and institutions. * Risk management, identification of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions. * Drafting and reviewing technical, contractual, or administrative documentation. * Presenting results to senior management and participating in strategic meetings. **Requirements** * University degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, **Law**, **Economics**, **Political Science**, **International Relations**, or related fields. * Proven experience in project or program management. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple stakeholders. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in office software and management platforms (Excel, Teams, ERP/CRM). **Offer**. * Full-time position. * Work mode: **on-site**. * Opportunities for professional development and participation in high-impact projects.
