If coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously for different clients, and seeking a place where you can contribute your vision to improve processes motivates you, we want to meet you. **What Are We Looking For?** ================== We seek a Project Manager with prior experience in the technology sector and, above all, strong organizational and energizing capabilities. Someone able to seamlessly switch between different contexts and clients, acting as the bridge between business needs and the execution performed by our development, design, and QA teams. **What Will You Do at Ideable?** ========================== * **Manage diverse projects and clients:** You will lead the full lifecycle of several projects simultaneously — from requirements gathering to final delivery — ensuring milestone compliance for each. * **Agile methodology management:** You will facilitate team work by adapting methodologies to the specific needs of each project. * **Drive continuous improvement:** You will actively participate in evolving our internal processes, contributing ideas and feedback so Ideable continues growing and improving with every project. * **Project health monitoring:** You will be responsible for resource planning and financial control (margins and profitability) across your portfolio of projects. * **Care for teams:** You will facilitate daily operations for multidisciplinary teams, removing blockers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * **Expectation management:** You will maintain fluid, honest, and transparent communication with various clients regarding the progress of their projects. **What Do We Need From You?** =========================== * **Prior experience:** A track record managing software or digital product projects, preferably in multi-client environments. * Interest in or experience with **digital product design and solution conceptualization**: we appreciate PMs who actively participate in defining solutions, closely collaborating with UX/UI teams and product leadership to shape ideas before development begins. * **Multi-context capability:** Ability to organize and prioritize tasks across different projects without losing focus or quality. * **Goal orientation and proactivity:** Capacity to autonomously drive and push projects forward, skillfully balancing flexibility and pragmatism with a high standard of delivery quality. * **Agile methodologies:** Familiarity with agile frameworks.
