The selected candidate will join the Facility Management \& Real Estate. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Supporting FMRE, mainly in Puerto Real, but also in El Puerto de Santa María, the candidate will have different tasks of which we can highlight the following ones: \- Manage and maintain facilities and infrastructures in order to guarantee a safety environment and business continuity. · The candidate will have partial accountability on the operation and maintenance of working space (office and industrial buildings) and related installations. · Manage and maintain all installations, infrastructure and technical team collaborating with internal and external partners. Manage all maintenance suppliers to achieve delivery on time, cost and quality. · The candidate will ensure adequate relationship with internal customer, understanding and anticipating business \& customer needs including active demand management and strong supplier performance management to ensure delivery on time, on quality and on cost. ·· The candidate will have to collaborate to ensure the supply of energy to run Airbus business and propose / implement measures to reduce energy consumption. Perform analysis and monitoring of the energy consumption of the facilities · The candidate will supervise compliance with the legislation applicable to the facilities.
