We are looking for our new **PMO** for our delegation in **Getafe (Madrid)**. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to the Local Manager in Spain and to the Director of the Aeronautics, Space, and Defense Division, your main tasks and responsibilities will be: Defining the project management and monitoring process within the organization. Harmonizing project management and monitoring processes at the corporate level. Auditing and supervising the application of defined project management and monitoring processes. Ensuring continuous improvement (proposing improvement actions) to progressively adapt and optimize processes over time. Acting as consultant and/or trainer for Project Managers. Monitoring project status. Ensuring control over project progress (schedule and profitability). Proposing / coordinating mitigation / corrective actions as needed. Ensuring measurement of Project Managers’ output. Tracking project closure and preparing the Lessons Learned report. Ensuring financial steering of projects. Ensuring creation of interventions (tasks) in the project financial control system according to GPI. Preparing management reporting documents. Drafting schedules, reporting documents (e.g., 4-boxes or others), quality plans as applicable per project, and ensuring updates to project tracking tools. Coordinating and establishing common guidelines for project management within the organization. Ensuring support for project execution management and providing metrics and standards aligned across different projects, aiming to improve project management and business outcomes. **What do we offer?** Excellent working environment.
