Key responsibilities include conducting employability and competency assessments (including digital competencies), designing personalized labor insertion pathways, and providing guidance through individual tutoring and group orientation workshops. It also involves planning and delivering training sessions on competencies and active job search, as well as developing supporting materials. The role includes monitoring labor insertions, implementing motivational and activation initiatives toward employment or training, updating information on internal platforms, and continuously analyzing the labor market. Additionally, it requires coordination with external entities and resources, participation in local employment forums, use of the program’s digital tools, and preparation of reports and summaries. Cross-cutting responsibilities include participation in organizational projects, community-based actions, identification of discrimination situations, integration of a gender perspective, and involvement in general program activities and events. **Profile:** The position requires a university degree or higher vocational qualification in Social Sciences or Education, along with specialized training in labor insertion for disadvantaged groups. Knowledge of training and employment programs, professional use of employment-oriented social media, and advanced IT skills—particularly in the Emplea+ tool—are valued. At least one year of experience in employment counseling or similar roles is required (two years if the academic qualification is not held), preferably within socio-labor orientation and insertion programs funded by the European Social Fund and public administrations. Digital competencies and experience using technological tools are mandatory. Other key requirements include a Certificate of No Sexual Offense Convictions, experience working with the Roma population and socially excluded groups, strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, as well as availability and flexibility regarding working hours. Belonging to the Roma community and having a recognized disability—especially over 33%—as well as gender-related training, will be considered advantageous. The contract is temporary, starting on 01/15/2026 and lasting until 12/31/2026, full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
