We want someone who contributes to the team both professionally and personally. **What do we expect from you?** * **Experience**: At least 4 years designing digital products, with a focus on research and UX. * **Solid Research**: Understanding before designing. Field and online research, interviews, benchmarking, shadowing, data analysis, pattern identification, and clear presentation of conclusions. * **Systems Thinking**: Enjoying how things interrelate to diagnose problems and propose robust solutions. * **Proximity to Technology**: Understanding technical constraints so your designs remain realistic and easy for developers to implement. * **Tools**: Figma is your daily tool. Prototyping, design systems, flow organization, etc. * **Attitude Toward Challenges**: We seek someone proactive and curious—unfazed by complex problems—who approaches new projects with enthusiasm and energy. * **Languages**: Ability to follow conversations in English, and write and read technical documentation fluently.
