Every month, our products reach over 80 million active users globally, and we are relentlessly focused on maximizing performance through data, experimentation, and smart decision\-making. To continue scaling our portfolio, we’re looking for a Monetization Specialist (junior\-level) with a strong analytical mindset and business orientation, ready to take ownership of ad monetization performance across multiple mobile apps. About the Role As a Monetization Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across our app portfolio. You’ll work hands\-on with ad monetization strategies, data analysis, and partner management, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure monetization is both scalable and user\-friendly. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in mobile ad monetization who wants to increase impact, ownership, and strategic influence in a global environment. Your mission is to maximize advertising revenue across our mobile apps by optimizing monetization strategies, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving ad setups without compromising user experience. Tasks What You’ll Do * Own and optimize ad monetization for a portfolio of mobile apps. * Design, manage, and optimize ad waterfalls and country\-level setups. * Monitor and analyze key monetization KPIs (eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, LTV, Retention). * Build performance reports and turn insights into actionable recommendations. * Identify, onboard, and manage global ad network partners. * Maintain strong relationships with key monetization platforms (AdMob, Meta, AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, etc.). * Work closely with Product \& Engineering teams to improve ad flows and implementations. * Run A/B tests and monetization experiments to drive incremental revenue. * Stay on top of market trends and proactively propose monetization improvements. Requirements What We’re Looking For * 1 year of experience in the mobile app industry. * Understanding of the app ecosystem, UX best practices, and adtech industry. * Highly analytical, data\-driven, and results\-oriented mindset. * Ability to work autonomously in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. * Fluent English (B2 or higher). * Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and presentations. Nice to Have * Experience with app portfolios or mobile games. * Knowledge of Adtech platforms, or app related tools for liveops or CRMs, BI tools, Firebase, or similar analytics platforms. * Experience running monetization experiments. * Understanding of how UA, ASO, and retention impact monetization.
