To continue this success, we are looking for a highly analytical Product Portfolio Director with a strong business focus, dedicated to maximizing the performance of our apps. **The Mission:** As the Product Portfolio Director, you are the strategic architect of our digital ecosystem. You won't just be managing apps; you will be responsible for the long\-term roadmap of a diverse portfolio of games and non\-games products. We need a leader who thinks in macro\-trends, identifies market shifts before they happen, and acts as a bridge between technical execution and business growth. Tasks Role What you´ll be doing as a Product Portfolio Director Portfolio Strategy \& Vision * Define the overarching vision for the portfolio, moving beyond incremental optimizations to high\-impact macro shifts. * Identify emerging trends and market shifts, translating them into actionable portfolio initiatives. * Prioritize initiatives across multiple products based on potential impact, resource allocation, and long\-term value. Cross\-Functional Leadership * Act as the “voice of authority” for Product across stakeholders in the Apps BU. * Ensure alignment between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams across all apps. * Mentor and guide senior product managers or leads within the portfolio. Subscription \& Revenue Excellence * Deep\-dive into subscription economics (LTV, churn, paywall optimization) to maximize portfolio revenue. * Monitor KPIs and metrics at a portfolio level, not just product\-level, and drive decisions that optimize overall performance. * Develop pricing and monetization strategies across apps. Product Excellence \& Best Practices * Ensure product management standards and best practices are consistently applied across the portfolio. * Implement structured product discovery, user research, and A/B testing frameworks. * Promote data\-driven decision\-making and strategic use of analytics. * Establish portfolio\-wide prioritization frameworks and decision gates. Portfolio Operations * Oversee the lifecycle of all apps: growth, optimization, scaling, and sunsetting. * Manage resource allocation across multiple products to maximize impact. * Identify underperforming apps and define strategies for improvement or decommissioning. * Coordinate launches, updates, and cross\-product initiatives efficiently. Executive Communication * Present portfolio performance, strategic decisions, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders. * Translate complex data into compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences. Requirements What are we looking for? You´re a great fit if you... * 6\+ Years of Digital Leadership: Proven experience leading high\-growth product suites, specifically within the Utility or SaaS mobile space (Gaming experience is secondary to Subscription experience). * Mandatory: solid experience in either gaming or non\-gaming mobile apps, with an openness to manage a mixed portfolio of both. * Macro\-Thinker: Ability to demonstrate how you have moved "north star" metrics through strategic pivots rather than just incremental UI changes. * Executive Communication: Exceptional English communication skills. You must be able to distill complex data into a compelling narrative for both engineers, junior team members and senior managers. * Scale Mastery: Experience managing a large\-scale portfolio (millions of users) where global impact is the standard, not the goal. * Strategic Voice: We aren't looking for a "manager"; we are looking for a leader who will challenge the status quo and help steer the company’s direction.
