Knowledge of waterproofing and operation of specialized machinery. We are seeking a professional for tiling and cladding work. Main responsibilities include surface preparation—whether for comprehensive renovations or new construction—ensuring proper leveling, cleaning, and application of primers. Responsibilities also cover installation of various flooring types such as stoneware, porcelain, marble, and natural stone, as well as wall tiling in bathrooms, kitchens, and façades. Layout and measurement of areas according to plans, precise cutting and fitting of ceramic pieces, application of adhesives and mortars, and joint execution are required. Additionally, duties include installation of baseboards and finishing trims, waterproofing in wet areas, and installation of custom-built shower trays. Operation of hand tools and specialized machinery, repair of tiles, and site cleanup are also part of the role. Completion of the Construction Occupational Health and Safety Course (PRL Construcción, 20 hours) is valued. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered in Málaga, with working hours in accordance with the Construction Collective Agreement. The gross monthly salary is €1688, plus two annual extra payments of €2188 each (gross).
