You will become part of a team responsible for operating the café and food & beverage services in the golf areas, managing reservations, maintaining quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards, and ensuring an impeccable guest experience alongside all golf course-related operations—all while advancing your career within a leading international company. **Job Description** * Customer service and assistance at the bar, restaurant, and terrace, guaranteeing an excellent experience. * Handling payments, cash register closing, table reservations, and golf booking management (tee times). * Maintaining cleanliness, order, and proper setup of service and work areas. * Basic food preparation and adherence to hygiene and food safety protocols. * Stock replenishment, inventory control, and support in ordering supplies. * Coordination with various operational teams across the golf course and hotel. * Compliance with internal policies, risk prevention, confidentiality, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry with a strong customer orientation. * High level of English proficiency, valid driving license (category B1), and basic user-level Microsoft Office skills. * Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and professional conduct with both customers and colleagues. * Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working quickly and efficiently under pressure. * Knowledge of golf is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Role-related training. * Significant discounts on hotel services. * Complimentary meals in the hotel cafeteria during your shift. * Discounts at Accor Group hotels and partner companies.
