We seek to incorporate Technical Architects **\- Estimating Department** with proven experience in technical and economic analysis of construction works. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, organized, and possesses natural leadership skills, sharing our vision of excellence and commitment. ### **Responsibilities:** * Technical study and analysis of projects (reports, drawings, and specifications). * Preparation of comprehensive measurements and estimates. * Calculation of direct and indirect costs. * Requesting, analyzing, and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparation of technical documentation for public and private tenders. * Economic feasibility analysis of projects. * Monitoring cost deviations during execution phase. * Coordination with Production, Procurement, and Technical Management departments. ### **Profile:** * Qualification: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a construction company. * Advanced proficiency in Presto and Excel. * Knowledge of pricing databases (CYPE, IVE, Price Generator, or others). * Experience in tendering processes. * Strong analytical ability and precision in calculations. * Experience in building construction and renovation projects. ### **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time intensive schedule, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Remuneration commensurate with experience and professional merit. * Immediate incorporation.
