




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the shopping center management team, responsible for generating Extraordinary Income and profitably optimizing the asset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with various Property Management departments 2. Management of Extraordinary Income and asset optimization 3. Responsible for brand promotion and customer service Reporting directly to the Shopping Center Manager and integrated into the shopping center management team, the role will be responsible for generating Extraordinary Income through commercial initiatives. This position focuses on the profitable optimization of the asset and increasing its value. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Organizational:** * Collaboration with other Property Management departments (Technical Department, Asset Department, Asset Management Department, Marketing Department). * CBRE brand ambassador, responsible for its promotion. * 24-hour response to internal and external customers. **Real Estate Management:** * Collaboration in overseeing all common services, facilities, and equipment and ensuring their proper operation. * Collaboration in monitoring compliance with the internal regulations. * Collaboration in supervising the overall condition of the shopping center and its retail units. * Budget tracking, expense control, and analysis of variances related to the Extraordinary Income area. **Asset Management:** * Ensuring profitability of common areas. * Handling unpaid invoice claims until file transfer to the Accounting or Legal Department. **Commercial Management:** * Collaboration with the Letting Department to attract interest in common areas or retail units, retain prospects, and convert them into shopping center tenants. * Preparation of the Specialty Leasing Dossier… including space guide, pricing,… **Marketing:** * Collaboration with the Marketing Department on implementations that enhance the shopping center’s image and add value in terms of branding and promotional activities… * Pop-up stores, filling gaps in the commercial mix to improve the center’s image. **Reporting:** * Execution of the shopping center’s business plan at the Specialty Leasing revenue level… * Periodic reporting to property owners on updates, progress… * Collaboration in preparing the Monthly Report REQUIREMENTS **Minimum Education:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics, Marketing, or Law. * Commercial training is an advantage. . **Minimum Experience:** * At least 2 years in a similar role. * For ME/PE shopping centers: 3 years as an assistant. **Working Hours:** * Schedule to be determined by each shopping center. * Subject to weekend and midweek on-call duty system. **Minimum Requirements:** * Proactivity. * Excellent communication skills and goal orientation. * Management and organizational skills. * Autonomy in decision-making. * Customer relationship skills. * Commercial acumen. * Commitment to the company. * Dedication to projects undertaken. * Geographic mobility. * High level of English proficiency. «CBRE is committed to equality and non-discrimination; therefore, in alignment with this commitment, it expects that, within the context of these relationships, such commitment be respected and any conduct, expression, reference, or decision that could undermine the intended equality be avoided».
