The selected candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement technological solutions that improve business process efficiency and optimize customer experience. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership skills to drive sound development practices and support the growth of the technical team. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement custom applications on Salesforce. * Configure and customize Salesforce: * Sales Cloud * Service Cloud * Experience Cloud * Develop solutions using **Apex** and **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems via **REST APIs**. * Manage technical architecture ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. * Analyze technical and functional requirements together with stakeholders. * Provide technical leadership for projects and mentor junior developers. * Conduct unit testing and collaborate on integration testing. * Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of Salesforce development experience. * Advanced proficiency in: * Apex * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * SOQL * Experience integrating systems via **REST APIs**. * Knowledge of **Salesforce DevOps**: * CI/CD * Git / GitHub * Salesforce CLI * Strong analytical ability and capability to solve complex problems. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. **Desirable Competencies** * Experience with **Agile / Scrum** methodologies. * Use of **fflib** or other frameworks based on SOLID principles. * Experience in technical leadership and mentoring. * Advanced **English** level (spoken and written). **We Offer** * Participation in high-impact technology projects. * 100% remote work. * Collaborative and innovation-oriented environment. * Professional growth and technical leadership opportunities. * Continuous training and professional development.
