We are looking for an **Odoo Specialist**, whose primary mission is to optimize our logistics operations and ensure that our business processes are accurately reflected in the ERP. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Analyze, design, and configure warehouse-related processes in **Odoo**, including goods receipt, stock locations, picking, and dispatch. * Validate on-site that ERP-defined processes are consistently applied in daily warehouse operations. * Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring process continuity. * Document clear, structured procedures serving as reference material for internal users and B2B clients. * Provide support and training to internal teams and assist clients in correctly adopting defined processes. * Design reports and dashboards in **Power BI**, facilitating operational and strategic decision-making. * Collaborate on process deployments and automation, coordinating with external IT teams on aspects such as backups and rollback plans. **What do we expect from you?** * Solid hands-on experience implementing and customizing **Odoo**, with strong understanding of its data model. * Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, and willingness to engage directly in on-site operations when required. * Technical skills in **Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, and proven experience creating dashboards using **Power BI**. * Analytical, rigorous mindset with exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments. * Experience working with B2B clients and documenting clear, reusable processes is highly valued. * Experience in **automation and deployment (Fabric)** and ERP migration projects is also valued. **And of course, you’re probably wondering—what do we offer you?** * A stable, full-time position with an indefinite contract. * We are trendsetters and know that there’s no better brand ambassador than our team.
