




Position Summary: Promote, develop, and monitor the occupational risk prevention plan to foster well-being, health, and safety at work. Key Responsibilities: 1. In addition, our international development cooperation programs support over 8,000 people in Latin America; and through Equimercado, our fair trade brand, we work with more than 65 producer groups worldwide. **Position Description** Reporting directly to the People Management and Development Directorate, this role will promote, develop, and monitor the occupational risk prevention plan within the organization, aiming to achieve optimal levels of well-being, health, and safety at work. **Responsibilities** * Launch and develop the organization’s own Prevention Service, taking responsibility for compliance with and implementation of the Prevention Plan in coordination with territorial zone managers and the External Prevention Service, promoting prevention and integration of the Foundation’s Prevention Plan. * Monitor the Foundation’s External Prevention Service. * Conduct appropriate visits to various workplaces to ensure regulatory compliance in preventive matters, as well as carry out general and specific risk assessments and follow-ups. * Establish an effective Occupational Risk Prevention measurement strategy within the organization and define measures to control and reduce risks. * Provide information and deliver basic preventive training to staff members, as well as support and advise Prevention Delegates regarding applicable regulations and legal requirements. * Manage interventions by various specialists to minimize risks. * Coordinate mandatory external audits and manage minimum required personnel documentation (fitness for work, information, training, etc.), as well as subcontractor documentation. * Support and collaborate with the organization during labor inspections in any territory where we operate. * Plan and conduct, if necessary, emergency drills within the organization and prepare the subsequent annual report, ensuring coordination of corporate preventive activities. * Conduct evaluations and/or measurements of hygienic conditions for report preparation, as well as job position evaluations—including psychosocial risk assessments. * Ensure availability of preventive information in each territorial zone (e.g., work characteristics and complexity, existing work equipment, tasks performed, staff health status, changes in job positions, etc.) and establish a fluid communication system with all involved stakeholders. * Coordinate with various teams across different offices, as well as participate in the Foundation’s workspaces, meetings, and training events in Spain. **Knowledge and Experience** * Higher education qualification and specialized training as a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, covering three specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing the functions described above. Desirable: * Postgraduate training in Human Resources Management and/or Personnel Administration. * Experience in mandatory external audits and prevention systems. * Experience in social action, socio-healthcare, educational, and/or industrial sectors. * Experience as a senior technician or manager of an internal or shared Prevention Service. * Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. **Competencies** * Interpersonal relationship skills. * Teamwork. * Positive thinking. * Assertive communication. * Results orientation. * Commitment to the organization. **Conditions** * Group 1.
