You will join the healthcare team responsible for ensuring the physical, mental, and social health protection, monitoring, and promotion of individuals in the workplace. You will contribute to implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, closely collaborating with the Healthcare Service, the Prevention Service, and the organizational structure to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Your role will be pivotal in managing employee health and creating safe, healthy, and sustainable working environments. Main Responsibilities and Requirements. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person and telemedicine medical consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and clinical follow-up. * Manage temporary disability processes arising from common contingencies and coordinate communication with the mutual insurance company when required. * Provide urgent healthcare assistance while on-site at the facility. * Collaborate with the Prevention Service and organizational structure on matters related to worker health. * Participate—through a clinical care perspective—in health and wellbeing promotion initiatives and programs (e.g., “Salud 360”). * Identify potential limitations among particularly sensitive workers and relay this information to the Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and Human Resources (RRHH) teams for assessment. * Prepare supporting documentation and clinical reports for cases involving permanent disability, non-disabling injuries, or contingency determination, under supervision of the Occupational Physician. * Prepare clinical reports whenever necessary for internal healthcare management. Requirements: * University degree in Medicine. * Registered with the Medical Association and legally authorized to practice medicine. * Experience in clinical care, general practice, or family medicine. * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills, patient orientation, and capacity to manage urgent situations. * Proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems. * Prior training or experience in occupational health is desirable.
