Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support local operations of photovoltaic plants in Granada, ensuring compliance with standards and collaborating with regional teams. España S.L.U.**About the Position** ------------------- We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at the photovoltaic plants in Granada. This person will be responsible for supporting local operations, ensuring compliance with the quality and efficiency standards set by the Hub, and closely collaborating with regional teams to guarantee smooth process execution.**Your Responsibilities:** ----------------- * Provide support in the operational management of solar plants. * Monitor tickets and tasks for assigned plants. * Support coordination of suppliers and subcontractors under supervision. * Accompany the Project Manager in client meetings, providing technical and operational information. * Promote safe behaviours and proper use of work and protective equipment, and foster workers’ interest in and cooperation with preventive actions. * Collaborate in the assessment and control of general and specific corporate risks. * Act in case of emergency and first aid, managing initial interventions accordingly. * Cooperate with the prevention service in carrying out preventive activities. **What You Need to Succeed:** -------------------------------------- * Technical Engineer or Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP2) in Electricity, Electronics or Renewable Energies, preferably complemented by a Master’s degree in Renewable Energies. * Experience in departments within the renewable energy sector, industrial electrical maintenance, or electricity in low- and high-voltage installations. * Fluent spoken and written English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Additional training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) specific to electrical work, working at height, and application of phytosanitary products is an asset. **Your Benefits:** ------------------- * 27 working days of vacation per year. * December 24th and 31st officially recognised as public holidays. * Private health insurance for greater peace of mind. * Flexible compensation model tailored to your needs. **About BayWa r.e.** We are an international project developer of wind, solar and battery storage (BESS) projects.
