When you join us, you become part of our legacy—and help shape our future. **Join us as** **Installation Technician (Burgos)** ================================= #### **Your mission will be:** * Based at our Burgos branch, you’ll be responsible for the installation process, ensuring the use of defined installation methods and tools to achieve performance targets related to quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * You’ll carry out elevator installations using Schindler’s established methods to ensure compliance with objectives. * You’ll focus on achieving performance goals, including quality and safety policies. * You’ll report working hours and progress updates to your supervisor. * You’ll maintain communication with the client to ensure their needs are met. #### **What do you need to succeed?** * A Technical Industrial Engineer degree, Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification, or Professional Training in industrial maintenance—or a similar technical field—will be helpful; however, other technical qualifications will also be considered. * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within installation environments involving high technical complexity. * Prior experience in the vertical transportation industry—or related sectors—is highly desirable. * Proactivity: Staying one step ahead will help you prevent incidents and focus on what matters most. * Results-oriented mindset: Meeting demanding targets will help you take your competencies to the next level. * Elevator Maintenance Certification is highly valued. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. #### **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to improve people’s quality of life.
