Job Summary: We are looking for creative and digital professionals to lead technical projects, capable of defining working frameworks and establishing design best practices in React and NodeJS applications. Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * Ability to define a working framework and establish design best practices in building **React** applications. * Knowledge of HTML / CSS (SASS) * Experience working with **NodeJS** * Experience with React * Experience with JavaScript, both plain and within frameworks * Experience with TypeScript * Knowledge of Jest, RxJS, Webpack, Styled-components… * Knowledge and/or experience with non-relational NoSQL databases. Currently, we use MongoDB and Redis (among others). * Capability (and virtue!) to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code * When coding, you follow established patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or SOLID principles, along with industry standards * Familiarity with testing tools and concepts, including unit tests, integration tests, code coverage, mocking, etc. * Experience using version control systems (we use Git) and CI/CD tools * Aptitude and motivation to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques * Team player capable of collaborating and connecting with colleagues across the team and organization * Ability to lead technical projects * Ability to work using agile methodologies * Responsibility for certain services across their entire lifecycle: development, changes, enhancements, and incident resolution * Ability to view problems as opportunities to improve the current situation.
