Within our Echavarri plant, in the Maintenance area, our Technicians are responsible for carrying out specific preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on various production lines according to the maintenance plan, as well as providing support to production during line operations (format changes, fault analysis, adjustments, etc.) to meet established efficiency and quality objectives. Additionally, they carry out complementary predictive maintenance tasks, adaptations, and modifications related to the facilities. Responsibilities: Mechanical / Electromechanical Profile: * Provide support across various departmental tasks (preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, adjustments, improvements, annual inspections). * Participate in identifying and resolving faults. * Propose actions and improvements to prevent recurring faults. * Daily identification of line efficiency loss points to prioritize and resolve them. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Opportunity to work with external companies during annual inspections carried out on different machines. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of pneumatics. Electrical / Electromechanical Profile: * Knowledge of inkjet printing/coding equipment, box and pallet labeling systems. * Proficiency in Siemens PLCs for fault resolution. * Knowledge of safety equipment (safety relays, safety microswitches, safety light curtains, etc.). * Knowledge of electrical components (motors, switchgear, inductive sensors, photoelectric cells, encoders, etc.). * Experience with speed control equipment (variable frequency drives and drivers, etc.). * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of electro-pneumatics. * Daily identification of line efficiency loss points to prioritize and resolve them.
