As a **Project Manager**, you will be the key figure responsible for **coordinating, organizing, and driving forward high-impact digital projects**. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams (CRO, design, analytics, development, product, etc.) and industry-leading clients, ensuring flawless execution and clear, fluid, and honest communication. You will play an especially critical role in projects where user experience is fundamental; therefore, it is essential that you possess a **solid foundation in UX projects**, and that you can understand the dynamics, processes, and deliverables inherent to user-centered design. #### **The candidate we are looking for will carry out the following responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. * Align expectations, objectives, and priorities with clients and internal stakeholders. * Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient and collaborative workflows. * Actively support UX-focused projects, understanding their specific processes, phases, and design and research needs. * Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and lead tactical and operational decision-making. * Prepare documentation, progress reports, and presentations. * Drive continuous improvement by proposing actions that optimize processes and delivery. * Maintain close, honest, and proactive relationships with each client. REQUIREMENTS #### **Who are we looking for? A candidate who fits these competencies:** * Minimum **2–3 years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager** in digital environments. * **Background or foundation in UX projects**: understanding of processes, methodologies, workflows, and deliverables specific to design and research. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and autonomy. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * Business, results, and customer-experience orientation. * Strong interpersonal skills: communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, etc. #### **We value the following positively:** * Experience working with CRO, UX/UI, development, or digital analytics teams. * Experience in projects with a strong research and user-centered design component. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, etc. * Background in digital agencies, consultancies, or technology-driven environments. * Experience managing international projects. * Interest in innovation, data, and user-centered methodologies. * Good level of **English**, required for participation in international projects. * Residency in **Madrid or Zaragoza** is a plus. #### **Why join us?
