### **Join our team at the Málaga Logistics Platform!** At **Grupo MAS**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Retractable Forklift Operator** for our logistics platform located in **Málaga**. If you have experience operating machinery and seek stability within an established company, this is your opportunity! Your main mission will be the efficient relocation of goods, ensuring proper warehouse flow and replenishment. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage cargo handling tasks, pallet placement, and picking replenishment at the logistics platform. * Ensure picking areas always have products available for order preparation. * Minimize product dwell time in goods reception to optimize picking replenishment. * Achieve the required number of pallets moved per task: placement and replenishment. * Comply with instructions from supervisors regarding work organization. Maintain machinery and equipment under your responsibility. * Clean machinery assigned to you. * Properly maintain battery charging and replacement procedures. ### **Requirements** * **Additional training:** Valid forklift operator license (Carnet de Carretillero). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years operating RF-enabled forklifts (picking). * **2 YEARS OPERATING RETRACTABLE FORKLIFTS (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT).** ### **Competencies** * Corporate identity. * Teamwork. * Organization, rigor, and quality. * Results orientation. ### **What We Offer?** * **Job stability:** Indefinite-term contract from day one. * **Working hours and schedule:** Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday (working two alternate Saturdays per month). * **Professional development:** Integration into a dynamic work environment, with an established professional team and real opportunities for career advancement. * **Compensation:** Competitive salary aligned with the applicable collective agreement.
