We show you all this in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **Store Customer Relationship Coordinator** will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience before, during, and after their visit to the store—covering payment and all existing communication channels—by leveraging knowledge of, and providing access to, a comprehensive portfolio of high-level, personalized services defined by the Services Directorate. Knows the data for each service and promotes its use, with performance targets established under the Customer Relationship Leader’s (CRL) action plan. Maintains continuous contact with customers, enabling identification of key improvement areas. Together with the CRL, proposes action plans to the rest of the store team. Plans and organizes the day-to-day activities of the Customer Relationship team according to the store’s operational needs and customer flow. Drives adoption of various in-store payment services, supporting customer autonomy while aligning with corporate strategy and ensuring swift customer billing. **Key Functions** * Coordinates the team to ensure an excellent welcome (welcoming) for customers upon entering the store through initial contact, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience. * Listens to customer needs using available tools at any given time—e.g., NPS, GMB, and RCO—and, in coordination with the CRL, proposes action plans to address identified needs. * Supports the CRL in organizing the team to conduct regular exit surveys for non-purchasing customers and, whenever possible, provides real-time solutions to customers. * Supports the CRL in tracking action plans derived from exit surveys for non-purchasing customers. **Demonstrable Requirements** * Minimum two years’ prior professional experience is required. * Proficiency in office productivity software. **What We Offer** **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle representing our commitment to you and to the planet.
