This role is pivotal in leading and supervising construction works, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards on every project. **Responsibilities** **Organization and Planning** * Preliminary review of drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. * Daily planning of paving and compaction works. * Organization of human resources (machine operators, pavers, compactors, and laborers). * Coordination with the production plant to ensure continuous supply of asphalt mixture. **Supervision of Execution** * Direction of the paving train (paver and compactor). * Control of thicknesses, slopes, and surface regularity. * Supervision of daily production rates and output. * Monitoring of paving and compaction temperatures. * Immediate resolution of on-site incidents. **Quality Control** * Verification of compliance with project tolerances. * Control of required compaction levels and densities. * Supervision of surface finish and defect detection. * Coordination with laboratory and technical management as required. **Resource Management** * Optimization of machinery and personnel. * Monitoring of consumptions and executed measurements. * Daily reporting to site management. * Supervision of basic equipment maintenance. **Safety and Regulations** * Implementation of occupational risk prevention measures. * Compliance with current technical regulations (including **PG\-3** criteria for public works, where applicable). * Monitoring of proper use of PPE and site signage. Requirements * Proven experience as a supervisor on asphalt pavement construction projects. * In-depth knowledge of the complete asphalt mixture paving and compaction process. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Experience coordinating paving trains. * A proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual. * Willingness to work on-site and geographical mobility according to project requirements.
