You will be responsible for supervising and managing maintenance and procurement contracts within the region, achieving the financial results assigned to each contract. Manage planning, control, and execution activities for facility maintenance in accordance with guidelines set by the Operations Director and Technical Director. Develop maintenance plans for facilities of companies requesting our services. Manage contracting, planning, control, and execution activities of subcontracted maintenance companies. Optimize the required in-house or subcontracted workforce needed to carry out company operations. Manage customer relations at your delegation. Ensure equipment, materials, and systems remain in proper condition, supporting preventive, predictive, scheduled inspections, and statutory maintenance activities to guarantee their service life. Coordinate closely with other We Resolve departments (General Management, Technical and Operations Directorate, Quality and Environment, Energy Savings, and Commercial). Supervise proper compliance with conditions stipulated in maintenance and energy contracts. Provide technical advice and training to the Maintenance team. Monitor and ensure approved objectives and budgets for the Center are met, aligned with the Company’s standards, procedures, and ethical values. Comply with and enforce quality, health and safety, environmental, and data protection regulations consistent with organizational procedures. Segregation of waste into urban-assimilable categories. Segregation of hazardous waste according to current regulations. Compliance with operational control regulations established by the organization. Perform other duties within your scope of competence as assigned by the Operations Director, Technical Director, PRL Manager, and EYS. **Requirements:** --------------- You are ideal for this position if you have... Technical or Industrial Engineering degree with specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical fields, and/or 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a Maintenance Manager role within the hospitality sector. English language proficiency is desirable. 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a Maintenance Manager in the hospitality sector or industry. * Proficiency in maintenance and office management software applications: SAP, Factusol, QuickBooks, CMMS. Proficiency in preparing maintenance and corrective service proposals. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, as well as any other applicable laws/regulations affecting your area of work. Ability to assess equipment and system status. Proficiency in human and material resource management. Capacity to provide technical guidance to your team. REBT, RITE, Legionella, Pressure Vessels.
