**Recommended Requirements:** * 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouses, preferably in the textile or fashion sector. * Experience coordinating or supervising warehouse teams. * Knowledge of inventory management, goods receipt, and dispatch. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software such as Excel. * Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks. * Attention to detail for stock control and incident detection. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work shifts, if required by the position. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise garment receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Monitor inventory and conduct periodic stock counts. * Coordinate warehouse staff and assign tasks. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. * Prepare orders and ensure timely and accurate shipments. * Manage stock discrepancies and returns. * Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments. **Desired Profile:** * Organized and responsible individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented with commitment to continuous improvement. * Proactive and capable of making decisions.
