Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, and maintaining product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. Therefore, you’ll need strong communication skills and solid commercial awareness. As a rapidly expanding company, our needs are spread across the country, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to a variety of business units to enhance their professional progression—so national geographical flexibility is an essential requirement.
