At Grupo IskayPet, we seek a **Projects and Processes Specialist (M/F)** who shares our purpose at our **MADRID, ONTIGOLA OR MALAGA offices: the best for animals, the best for all.** This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring technological and operational projects within the supply chain; ensuring efficient integration among logistics processes, information systems, and business strategic objectives; guaranteeing continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of Logistics and Supply processes to increase operational efficiency, traceability, cost reduction, service level enhancement, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and stability. **Requirements:** --------------- **Your responsibilities will include:** **Project Management and Execution (Technological and Operational)** * Gather functional and technical requirements from departments (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Stores, and Digital). * Support detailed planning of technological and operational projects. * Develop schedules and track project milestones. * Coordinate and participate in progress meetings with internal departments and suppliers. * Document progress, risks, and deviations. * Actively participate in functional testing (UAT) and validations. * Contribute to the correct implementation of ERP, WMS, TMS systems or planning tools. * Escalate critical incidents to the IT team as appropriate. * Report progress to management and stakeholders. * Participate in technical evaluations of technology vendors. **Process Optimization and Improvement** * Map current processes (AS\-IS) and design future processes (TO\-BE), focusing on efficiency and digitalization. * Identify bottlenecks, rework, and automation opportunities. * Detect operational failures and propose practical improvements using Lean, Six Sigma or BPM methodologies for continuous improvement. * Standardize operating procedures (SOPs). * Design and implement performance indicators (operational and technological KPIs). * Generate operational reports and tracking dashboards. **Change Management and Communication** * Deliver training on new tools and processes. * Develop manuals, instructions, and technical documentation. * Support system go\-live and identify resistance to change within operational departments. * Communicate impacts and benefits of implemented projects. * Support post\-implementation stabilization. * Facilitate cross\-departmental workshops and working sessions. **Strategic and Financial Management** * Evaluate financial impact of projects (ROI, payback). * Contribute to departmental strategic planning and align initiatives with corporate objectives. * Propose a transformation roadmap. **What values will you find at Grupo IskayPet?** **\#AuthenticPassion:** Putting your heart into everything we do. **\#QualityCommitment:** Always pursuing excellence in every detail. **\#RealConnection:** Building genuine and meaningful relationships. **\#ConstantImprovement:** Moving forward toward new challenges. **We are looking for someone with:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Degree in Engineering or related field. * Preferred specialized education in logistics, transportation or supply chain. * Logistics knowledge: * Cross\-functional understanding of the supply chain (planning, procurement, warehousing, distribution). * Experience with logistics and/or transportation providers. * Experience in transportation/logistics. * Knowledge in Projects and Systems: * Implementation and improvement of ERP systems (SAP, Blue Yonder and others). * Data analysis and visualization (Power BI, Tableau). * Process automation (RPA). * Management of technological projects (implementation cycles, testing, UAT, deployment) and planning and control tools. * Knowledge in Process Management and Improvement: * Lean, Six Sigma, BPM methodologies. * Process mapping and redesign (BPMN). * Organizational change management. * Management of operational and technological risks. * Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMI) methodologies. * Strong communication, analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
