This is a position with mid-term progression potential, oriented toward progressively assuming greater responsibility within the warehouse. **Job Mission** --------------------- Organize, coordinate, and optimize overall warehouse management, ensuring accurate stock control, material receipt and dispatch (to external customers and internal workshops), as well as progressive process improvement and operational efficiency. During the initial period, the candidate will undergo an adaptation phase rotating across existing positions to gain in-depth understanding of warehouse operations. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Full supervision of warehouse operations (receipt, storage location, order picking, and dispatch). * Inventory and technical reference control and management. * Coordination of a team of 2 people. * Organization of goods inflow and outflow. * Document control: delivery notes, purchase orders, and internal work orders. * Storage space management and optimization. * Minimum stock level monitoring and workshop requirements tracking. * Continuous coordination with production, procurement, and administration departments. * ERP (Gemicar) usage and management for movement tracking. * Progressive implementation of organizational improvements. * Ensuring order, safety, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in industrial warehouse environments. * Prior experience coordinating teams. * Knowledge of commercial vehicle and bodywork spare parts. * Proficient use of ERP systems (experience with Gemicar is a plus) and Excel. * Valid forklift operator license. * Operational profile with strong organizational capability. * Residence in the Corredor del Henares area or nearby. **Offer** ------------- * Stable project with mid- to long-term progression potential. * Position offering genuine responsibility growth opportunities. * Opportunity to join an established company in its sector. * Salary: €30\.000 SBA.
