**Job Responsibilities:**
* \* Adhere to company standards (procedures, templates).
* Organize and maintain confirmed guest file archives in order.
* Ensure guests receive appropriate service by paying attention to details in rooms, common areas, lobby, restaurant, and other building areas; keep them clean and in good condition.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of regular guests, attending to their preferences and delivering exclusive, high-quality service during their stay.
* Accept customer suggestions for service quality improvement.
* Ensure service quality and standards required by NH Hotels Group for the Housekeeping Department.
* Communicate information effectively and efficiently to external vendors to ensure excellent coordination.
* Certify that NH Hotels is a quality benchmark exceeding customer expectations—making guests feel special through thoughtful details and surprises.
* Build loyalty among hotel guests and staff by improving hotel-provided products and services.
* Supervise rooms and other hotel areas (hall, lobby, rest zones, corridors), reporting any issues detected to the relevant department.
* Verify and report to the Quality Manager any unresolved incidents communicated to her.
* Collaborate with Reception on room assignments based on arrivals, departures, and guest characteristics (VIPs, regular guests, etc.).
* Conduct inventory control for the Housekeeping Department (amenities, linens, etc.).
* Supervise external vendor functions according to daily tasks outlined in the contract.
* Complete room reconciliation templates per organizational procedures.
* Count Flisa linens (outgoing and incoming) and weekly rejected linen.
* Conduct monthly linen, housekeeping storage, premium area, and laundry inventories.
* Organize daily work for premium areas and laundry.
* Monitor departmental absenteeism.
* Control orders for premium area and laundry supplies.
* Manage extra staff and house staff.
* Conduct office, laundry, and bathrobe inventories.
* Manage lost-and-found items (custody and delivery).
* Support renovation projects (duvets, blankets, bathrobes, room materials).
* Organize building-wide window cleaning. (Previously handled by an external vendor.)
* Organize building marble polishing.
* Manage technical service reports.
* Manage minibars on weekends.
* Support the Quality Manager.
* Supervise external vendor Staff Hotel: quality, supervision, daily and monthly billing, PPE, TC2 staff control, minibar replenishment.
* Manage VIP guests:
* Receive and communicate the VIP guest list to the team, along with any information from Guest Relations.
* Adapt and prepare VIP-assigned rooms according to guest preferences and needs.
* Ensure compliance with hotel management–defined quality standards (amenities, attentions, etc.).
**Required Profile:**
* \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of housekeeping management systems.
* Familiarity with SAP system.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a cleaner.
* Prior experience as Deputy Housekeeper or Assistant Quality Manager is desirable.
* English proficiency is an asset.
