




Position Summary: We are seeking an airport administrative staff member to manage shipment documentation, coordinate departments, supervise cargo, and communicate with clients in Málaga. Administrative and operational support for daily efficiency We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks within the Málaga airport environment. Main responsibilities include managing shipment documentation—processing documents such as the AWB and all related operational paperwork. Close coordination with operations and warehouse departments is essential to ensure smooth workflow. The selected candidate will also supervise the control of cargo entry and exit. Continuous and clear communication with customers, operators, and airlines is required to resolve any issues and keep them informed. In addition, the candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the department, contributing to daily efficiency. A B2 level of English—both spoken and written—is required to communicate effectively with international personnel and handle documentation. Immediate availability is required to initiate security accreditation procedures with AENA, including personal handling and collection of the accreditation. Prior experience in similar positions and a forklift operator license are desirable. The contract is temporary for 6 months, extendable by an additional 4 months, with potential conversion to a permanent position. Working hours will be 40 hours per week on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Spoken English proficiency at B2 level. Availability to personally process and collect the security accreditation using the national ID card (DNI). Immediate start (availability to begin in May). One year of experience required. Forklift operator license.
