Responsibilities include detailed inspection of delivery notes upon goods receipt, identifying and reporting incidents to the responsible person. Duties also encompass full file management, processing of both incoming and outgoing invoices, and proactive customer service with advisory support. The role further includes handling accounting matters and other administrative tasks associated with the position. Working hours are full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, including statutory breaks. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position. * We seek a candidate with team management capability and strong communication skills. * Residence near the workplace and a valid driver’s license are desirable. . * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance or equivalent.\- Training in accounting.
