Job Summary: We are seeking experienced waiters/waitresses for dining room service, including tableside fish/meat carving and deboning, wine pairing, and maintaining order in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tableside fish/meat carving and deboning service. 2. Wine service with appropriate food pairing. 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area. We are looking for two individuals to work as waiters/waitresses at a restaurant in Gijón. Main duties include tableside fish or meat carving and deboning, serving wines with appropriate pairings, and preparing tables for service. You will also serve food and beverages following the establishment's protocols, and maintain order and cleanliness in the dining area throughout your shift. Proven and verifiable prior experience in a similar role—specifically in restaurant dining room service—is required, including handling standard service tasks. This position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract with split shifts and two days off per week. Salary will be determined according to the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
