This position is for you! Focus: Daily surgery, cutting-edge technology, professional growth. ### **Requirements** Profile: MIR in Urology (Spain) or urologists with experience, even without PAC accreditation. ### **What We Offer** What do we offer? \- Established service and a highly cohesive team. \- Advanced surgery: Da Vinci Robot, laparoscopy, prostate laser, fusion biopsies, prostate cancer, bladder surgery. \- Opportunity to develop a subspecialty if you demonstrate career potential and aptitude. \- Participation in clinical trials and oncology committee meetings. Schedule: \- 7 weekly sessions (4 outpatient consultations, 3 operating room sessions) \- 5 mornings (Monday to Friday), 2 afternoons \- On-call duties: \- Localized (ward coverage first, then home-based) \- 1 weekday on-call shift and 1 weekend on-call shift per month \- Clinical sessions: Team-based work, case discussions first thing in the morning. \- Operating room schedule: 08:30 to 13:30 (may extend).
