**Pool Coordinator – Lifeguard Instructor (SEMICYUC)** We are seeking a **Pool Coordinator** holding a **Water Rescue and Lifesaving qualification**, who also possesses **SEMICYUC instructor certification**, to perform distinct roles depending on the season: * **Summer season:** Coordination and supervision of lifeguard teams at community swimming pools. * **Off-season:** Delivery of **lifeguarding, first aid, and AED training courses** for staff and individuals. **Main responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise lifeguard staff during the summer season. * Develop and manage **work schedules** and pool assignments. * Deliver **training and courses** in lifeguarding, first aid, and AED during the off-season. * Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or incidents. * Ensure safety and service quality across all assigned pools. **Essential requirements** * **Water Rescue and Lifesaving qualification** * **SEMICYUC instructor certification** for delivering lifeguarding courses * Experience as a **lifeguard and in team coordination** * Capacity for **leadership and emergency response** * **Availability for flexible hours**, including weekends and holidays * Proficiency in **Excel** for schedule management * **Personal vehicle** (mandatory) **We offer** * Permanent full-time contract * Positive work environment and job stability \* Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work location: On-site employment
