Promoting activities and participation in non-formal education **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire a Youth Engagement Officer to support youth engagement activities. **Work Location** -------------------- * Galicia Region Address: Santiago de Compostela **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Guide and inform Galician youth about resources, programs, calls for applications, and activities offered by the Xunta de Galicia that are relevant to them. * Facilitate and promote activities. * Encourage participation in non-formal education experiences. * Inform youth on establishing youth associations. * Collaborate closely with Espazos Xoves. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Annexes documenting practical training, where applicable, to verify and certify the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I or Medium-Level Vocational Qualification (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II or Higher-Level Vocational Qualification (CFGS) (officially recognized in Spain or certified equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), OR at least six months of verifiable professional experience relevant to this position and/or its assigned duties. #### **Languages** * Official Galician language certificate, minimum level B2 ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B * Proficiency in office software at user level **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training of at least 300 hours in youth and children’s educational leisure activity engagement and/or youth information services * Additional training of at least 2000 hours in sociocultural and artistic animation * Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) ### **Previous Experience** * Between 6 months and 5 years of experience in roles related to youth information and engagement. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Consideration may be given to a traineeship contract depending on received applications. In such case, a fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months would be offered, extendable by another 6 months if applicable.
