




We are looking for a responsible and proactive cook for a bar in La Viñuela. The selected candidate will be in charge of food preparation, food control, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar kitchen environment; willingness to work and learn will also be valued even if no experience is present. \- Knowledge of cooking techniques. \- Ability to work under pressure and during high-demand periods. \- Organized, clean, and quick in execution. \- Basic knowledge of food handling. \- Good communication with front-of-house staff. \- Punctuality and responsibility. Valued: \- Creativity in proposing new dishes. \- Flexible availability. Main Responsibilities: \- Daily preparation of dishes. \- Opening and closing procedures of the workplace. \- Organization and control of refrigerators. \- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. \- Monitoring food waste and efficient use of ingredients.
