Driving digitalization, AI adoption, and continuous improvement We are looking for our next Business Leader (Career Path to Construction Machinery Business Manager). Mission: Ensure the company’s continuity and profitable growth by leading the commercial, operational, and financial strategy in a collaborative and transparent manner. Reports directly to the Board of Directors and manages a multidisciplinary team distributed across multiple regional offices. The selected candidate will work closely with the current Business Manager, receiving training in the following areas with the objective of independently assuming leadership responsibilities: • Define and implement the 3–5 year strategic plan (sales, after-sales, geographic expansion). • Fully manage the Profit & Loss Statement and KPIs for each business unit and activity (commercial, spare parts, workshop). • Lead and develop teams, fostering participative leadership and a high-performance culture. • Negotiate commercial agreements, targets, and support programs with manufacturers and partners. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and adoption of AI tools for decision-making. • Represent the company before key clients, sectoral associations, and national and international trade fairs. • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), quality, and environmental regulations. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Fluent spoken and written English required. Strong interpersonal skills. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales professional. Young candidate with ambition and clear career projection.
