Job Summary: We are seeking a Checkout Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, manage payments, resolve inquiries, and maintain order and efficiency at checkout counters. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and shopping discounts As part of the Checkout Team, led by the Checkout Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent customer service and payment processing. * Clarifying customer inquiries and offering services that enhance their Alcampo experience. * Verifying product and invoice correspondence at self-service checkouts. * Ensuring smooth customer flow through checkout counters. * Maintaining order by removing items deposited at the checkout (e.g., casings, alarms, hangers, etc.). * Checking and replenishing supplies such as bags, paper rolls, etc. * Safeguarding cash receipts, documents, cash drawer contents, and supporting documentation until handover at the end of the shift.
