TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES PROVIDE THE HIGHEST SERVICE STANDARD TO GUESTS * Mise en Place: assist in preparing and cleaning the workstation, materials and facilities. * Assist in delivering the assigned service, with special attention to the customer. * Clear the service area and clean the workstation. * Prepare for the next service. * Cashier duties under supervision (welcoming the customer, managing the cash register/POS, bidding farewell to the customer). * Recommend food and wine pairings. * Advise customers on wines according to their personal preferences and chosen dish. * Inform customers about different wine varieties and their prices. * Ensure wines are served at the appropriate temperature and in suitable glassware. * Store opened bottles properly to preserve their flavor.
