Social mentoring, promotion of active listening, mediation in conflict resolution, and early identification of potential risk or social exclusion situations are also required. Individual and group tutoring with young people, as well as the development, monitoring, and evaluation of socio-educational work plans, are key aspects. Coordination with the educational team, preparation of socio-educational reports, and academic and vocational guidance form part of daily duties. Annual teaching programs and reports are also expected, along with group facilitation and coordination, and collaboration with other services or entities used by participating individuals. The established schedule is from 08:00 to 17:00 on Mondays, and from 07:30 to 15:00 from Tuesday to Friday. The working day is full-time. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education Teaching or other qualifications related to the position.
