The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing the performance of the **institutional LMS**, ensuring technical quality of content, accessibility of educational resources, and proper integration of digital technologies into the teaching process. Key Requirements * Education in **Systems Administration, Technopedagogy, E\-Learning Development, Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience managing LMS platforms** (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Sigma, or others). * Knowledge of **instructional design and digital accessibility**. * Proficiency in **office productivity tools and project management software**. * Experience with **authoring tools and digital content production tools** (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, H5P, etc.). * Familiarity with **technical and educational standards**, such as SCORM, xAPI, or accessibility regulations (WCAG). * Ability to evaluate the **usability and accessibility of educational resources**. * Capacity for **organization, communication, and coordination of educational technology projects**. **Desirable Qualifications** * Certification in **LMS platforms** (Canvas LMS, Moodle, Blackboard). * Experience in **gamification or active learning methodologies in digital environments**. * Training in **educational innovation or digital transformation**. * Basic knowledge of **web programming (HTML, CSS, or JavaScript)**. * Experience in **teacher training for the use of educational technology tools**. * Experience in **generating metrics and analyzing data in virtual learning environments**. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Administer, configure, and optimize the performance of the **virtual classroom and institutional LMS**. * Manage **bulk uploading of courses, content, and multimedia materials** onto the platform. * Ensure the **proper technical operation of the digital educational ecosystem**. * Guarantee adherence to **content and activity production deadlines**. * Perform **quality control of educational content and resources** published in the virtual classroom. * Advise teaching staff on the **creation of didactic materials compatible with the virtual environment**. * Coordinate **internal training sessions for faculty and academic staff** on platform usage. * Resolve technical issues related to the virtual classroom. * Develop and implement **innovative strategies based on educational technologies**. * Collaborate with the content team on the **creation of interactive and multimedia materials**. * Automate processes through the **development of tools that optimize operational tasks**. * Generate **reports and analyses of virtual classroom usage**. * Design **dashboards and KPI tracking systems** related to performance, adoption, and engagement. * Analyze data to **propose improvements to the digital learning experience**. **What We Offer** * Salary: €18,070.48 gross per year. * One remote workday per week. * Flexible working hours (start time between 08:00 and 10:00; end time between 17:00 and 19:00). * Compressed Fridays (09:00 to 15:00). * Intensive work schedule for two months per year. * Stable project with genuine growth opportunities. * Continuous training and professional development. * Gym access and parking space.
