We are looking for an **International Sales Engineer (BESS & Energy)** who combines technical knowledge and commercial capability to develop the European market. **Job Mission** You will be responsible for developing business in European markets, combining technical knowledge and commercial capability to structure solutions, generate opportunities, and close projects. This is a hybrid role between engineering and sales, with direct impact on company growth. **Responsibilities** * Business development in European international markets * Identification and acquisition of new customers, partners, and distributors * Preparation of technical-commercial proposals (BESS, EMS, integration with renewables) * Active participation in negotiation and project closing * Technical support to customers throughout the commercial process * Internal coordination with technical and operations teams * Opportunity tracking and development of international pipeline **Profile:** * Engineering degree (electrical/industrial or similar) * Experience in energy, renewables, or technical solutions * Commercial mindset + negotiation skills * Advanced English (other languages are a plus) We offer a project with high growth potential, real impact on the energy transition, and the opportunity to lead the company's international expansion. * If you are interested or know someone who fits, please message me privately Salary: €25,000.00–€50,000.00 per year Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Desirable) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in 33428 Cayes, Asturias province
